Who is responsible

Information used by the service

When you create or use an account, our authentication provider processes your email, password, account identifier, confirmation and sign-in activity. We use this information to create your account, check access, send confirmation or password-reset emails, and help secure the service.

Membership and payment records can include your account identifier, subscription and payment references, billing period, payment or cancellation status, and notification-processing records. We use these to verify payments, administer access, handle support and investigate errors or misuse. Our payment integration does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

If you email support or send an asset request, we receive the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending passwords, reset codes or sensitive payment credentials.

Browser storage and request drafts

This website uses browser storage to keep your sign-in session, saved favourites and an unfinished asset-request draft. Favourites and drafts are held in your browser rather than synced to an ILU account database.

Preparing an asset-request email does not send it to us. We receive the brief only if you send it through your email app. You can remove a draft using the library’s Remove draft button, sign out to end the local session, or clear this site’s browser data. Clearing site data removes local favourites and drafts and may sign you out.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and provides the private file and membership storage used by ILU. Supabase provides account authentication. DreamHost provides the ILU email service. Razorpay provides the checkout and payment service, including simulated checkout tests.

Opening the test-checkout page loads Razorpay’s checkout software, which can contact Razorpay before you complete a payment. Some library fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These requests can disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser and the requested resource to the relevant provider.

Hosting and security providers may process connection information and technical logs to deliver and protect the service. Providers may process information outside India. Their own policies describe their processing: Cloudflare privacy, Supabase privacy, Razorpay buyer privacy, DreamHost privacy and Google privacy.

Keeping and removing information

We retain account, membership, transaction and support information while it is needed to provide the service, resolve a request, protect the service or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. This notice does not promise that provider logs or backups are removed immediately when an account is deleted.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, email ilu@kalatheart.com from the email associated with your account. You may also contact us there with a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain if information must be retained or if a request needs further details.

Security and changes

We use authenticated account checks and private file storage to control access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and email reset codes private.

We will update this page when our handling of personal information changes. The date above identifies this version. Live checkout and original member downloads are not yet open; this notice also covers the accounts and setup tests that are already available.
