Personal and commercial projects

ILU assets are created by Kala The Art. Members may use assets downloaded through their membership in personal and commercial projects, including work for clients.

This permission covers incorporating the assets into your project work, such as architectural plans, drawings and presentations. Membership does not transfer ownership of the original asset files.

Keep original files within your membership

You may not resell, share or redistribute the original asset files. Do not supply them as standalone files or as part of another asset collection, download library or resale bundle.

Using an asset within a client project is permitted. Giving someone the original asset file for their separate use is not.

Completed projects remain licensed

Projects completed while your membership is active remain licensed after you cancel. You do not need to remove ILU assets from those completed projects because your membership has ended.

Previewing and downloading

Browsing a preview does not grant permission to redistribute the preview or original file. The member licence applies to assets obtained through member downloads when that service opens.
